Laowai Here is a startup based in Chengdu, China founded in 2014 by 7 young professionals from 4 different countries. Its focus is to exploit the talent of English speaking expats by offering them working opportunities, careers services, cross cultural events and life services in general.
老外HERE 由一群来自 4 个国家,有着专业教育背景和服务业背景的青年们组成, 成立于2014 年。旨在促进各国青年们的交流，推动中外籍跨文化交际。

Our services offered are the following:
目前我们的业务包涵：
1.Careers service & HR+: Aims to bring foreign resources and industry expertise to China (core product)
老外HERE 人力资源服务业务单元旨在为中国企业引进各类国际人才。
2.Cross-cultural Events: Provides a cross-cultural platform which aims to engage local and foreign China-dwellers alike, and encourage business opportunities for their partners;
国际跨文化交际活动业务单元旨在将夸文化活动与商业需求对接，帮助中外企业资源的对接与资源整合。

What we are looking for:
我们的要求：
Recruitment Assistant（国际招聘助理）：2
Work 4 days a week at the minimum
一周至少可以上4天班
Pose a good ability of both oral and writing English
英语读写能力强

Working Content：
工作内容：
1.Develop effective channels for foreigner hiring, post ads through different channels to promote company.
开发国际招聘有效渠道，宣传公司职位
2.Channels efficiency analysis and summaries to formulate the channels reports.
渠道有效性分析，形成招聘渠道优劣报告
3.Conduct the pro-active search for foreign talents and contribute the database management
甄别国际人才推荐，管理人才数据库
4.Pre-screening to identify potential candidates and recommend to foreigner consultant.
为我们公司的国际招聘顾问推荐合适简历面试
5.Data entry and database maintenance.
数据录入及维护
